What this site does with your data.
Short version: no cookies, no ad trackers, no accounts. The editor keeps your work in your own browser. If you join the waitlist, we keep your email for that and nothing else.
This website
The site sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties: fonts, scripts and images all come from this domain.
We don't run analytics.
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and stop attacks; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The waitlist
If you join the waitlist we store your email address, what you said you make games with (if you picked something), which page you signed up on, your country as Cloudflare reports it, and the time. It's kept in a Cloudflare D1 database for this site.
We use it to tell you when studio plans, cloud projects and the desktop app open. We send a short welcome email when you join, through our email provider, Resend, which handles the address only to deliver our emails. We don't sell or share the list with anyone else.
To stop abuse, the sign-up form counts attempts per hour by a scrambled (salted hash) form of your IP address. The address itself isn't stored.
You can leave at any time on the waitlist page or with the link in our emails; your email is deleted straight away. Otherwise we keep it until the waitlist has served its purpose.
The editor
The editor runs entirely in your browser. Documents you create are stored in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB) and stay on your device. When you save to a file or export a package, the file goes to your disk. Nothing you draw is uploaded to us.
The editor's font picker loads fonts from Google Fonts when you choose a family that isn't embedded in your document, which sends a request to Google.
Changes
If we add accounts or anything else that collects data, this page will say so before it ships.
